The decision to extend the holidays aims to allow students more time to celebrate Eid with their families.

In a related announcement, the federal government has confirmed the dates for Eidul Fitr holidays for government offices and businesses. As per a notification from the Cabinet Division, government operations will be suspended from March 31 to April 2, with normal activities resuming on April 3.
