Azerbaijan’s 12-day holiday period has officially ended today, following a series of non-working days from March 20 to April 1.
In accordance with a decree issued by Prime Minister Ali Asadov, March 27 and 28, 2025, which initially fell on working days, were swapped with designated days off—March 10 and April 1, respectively. This adjustment was made to maintain a consistent flow of working and non-working days during the holiday period.
The holiday break also coincided with the Ramadan celebrations, as March 30 and 31 marked the official observance of the holiday in Azerbaijan.
With the conclusion of this extended break, employees across the country are now returning to work.
